This is usually just due to being out of stock on other sizes, not stopping of production by the manufacturer. Just wait a bit and I'll bet the other common sizes will be back.

Is this ipv6 compatible ??

IPv6 is a protocol, and has nothing do do with version of cable protocol running over. Higher CAT# means cable of faster throughput, but CAT7 not official std, CAT6a is similar certified spec. Cat8 for > 10gbps… most home users only using 1GbE gear so even Cat6 overkill (but for lack of price differential I wouldn’t buy new anything less than 6a)

Is this certified for poe+ ?

Would this work for PoE+? I suspect it would at cost of speed benefit this cable brings. So no benefit for paying premium for speed then not using it.
