Product is great., however, I ordered 10, and only got 5. Very disappointed. No resolution was offered either.

Took off a star for the spring steel pieces being weaker than most others. Used 10+ times and not worn at all.

Individually wrapped which is cool but their instructions are wrong....in my picture the top one I used heavy pressure without looking at the directions. I then looked at the directions and they say light pressure....that's the bottom one.Needless to say...heavy pressure.....

The bands in these are spread out just enough the image does not get a good even press leaving a blank spot in the middle. We used a lot of pressure but still had a issue. They also wanted to separate srom the backing as they came off the press. Be ready to pull it back into place. NOTE we bought our first 5 and 3 turned out good so we were new to it but followed the instructions.

Good product. I would buy again.

I first bought these can coolers in December 2019 and enjoyed their quality, they sublimated easily at 400F for 60 secs. I used medium pressure to avoid the lines others had from the metal pieces inside. The two coolers in the pictures were ones I did at light pressure that ended up with lines. Increasing the pressure just a little got rid of the lines. But I would be totally ok with having to figure out those settings with my own heat press. The reason I can only give 1 star now is that although the can coolers that I bought in December 2019 worked great, the second set I bought in June 2021 were much much worse quality. I was doing a project and used about 10 leftover from the 2019 batch and then needed 10 more so I ordered the 2021 batch, using them both in June 2021. When I pressed the 2021 ones exactly like the 2019 ones the two "halves" of the cooler sprung apart and the sublimation side shrunk by about a quarter to half inch all around. This happened immediately as I opened and lifted the heat press, the sublimation side curled upward, reveling the metal pieces and the parchment paper and sublimation sheet slid off and out of the press. As the pieces cooled I could stretch and press the halves back together and they kind of stuck but because of the shrinkage they could not line up and were still separated. I tried a lot of different settings to see if I could stop it from happening to no avail and just wasted the rest of the pack of 20. This happened on every single one of the 2021 batch. The "new" version is totally unacceptable which is too bad because the old product worked great once I figured out my own settings.
