I have a 26" waist and this belt was snug. I purchased the smallest size. It became uncomfortable after a few hours. Thank goodness I have a tiny daughter who wears a women's size 0 who can use the belt. The belt looks very nice!

You get what you pay for. The quality is not as I would have liked and it ended up being too wide for my short torso.
