Disano Jumbo oats is the only affordable real old fashioned ‘Rolled Oats’ I found. All others brands like saff0la, qu@cker, Bag₹ry, sundr0p etc which they falsely label rolled oats are all ‘instant rolled oats’ which is not rolled but a pure marketing gimmick. Instant oats has higher GI than rolled. Quality wise also Disano Jumbo oats is amazing. The grains are whole and intact and not broken which signifies real rolled. I personally use this for porridge and Smoothies
