6 point box end wrenches are a rare commodity; expensive when available and few manufacturers offer them. I have a few of the other brand of inexpensive but well known brand of wrenches (better known for sockets and ratchets), but that brand has too many issues with variations in fit.To be fair, the finish quality on these wrenches is only fair, the open end was better finished than the box end; the box end wasn't smooth on the inside and the finish around the edges is only so-so.I used the 22 & 24mm box ends this weekend to do suspension work on 2500 series truck. I can report that inspite of my misgivings about the quality of the tools, the fit and strength around the bolt heads was perfect. Much better than the other brand of wrenches.A great value if you want a set of 6pt box ends for very little money; just be warned the finish quality isn't great.

6 point is a + .good finish and craftsmanship

They are excellent tools chosen for the design of 6 point in spanners. Full strenght of the tools have not been tested as yet, but I am sure they will out-weight any 12 point group. My only draw back is that I hate to buy tools with missing numbers; cause in that effort I find myself still having to go hunting for the numbers that are missing.

Like- smaller sizes (7-14mm) are longer than standard pattern lengths!! Larger sizes are standard length.

Seems pretty strong. I've had sockets fail on less. Not the cheapest but doesn't seem to be a cheap product.

Good balance of fit and tight machining without being too bulky
