Hench is not the cheapest instant porridge I've tasted but so far easily the best and the price is competitive. a) the flavours are truly great, Non-standard, they have a designer touch to them and the varieties makes it an added attraction on a cold morning. b) you don't just get porridge but added whey protein. Anyone familiar with nutrition knows that protein at breakfast is essential to get mind and body through the day efficiently so there's an added health kick. "Fill the water to the level on the outside of the tub" seems a non-sequitur in a nanny consumer state but I doubt if anyone would so stupid as to put the water on the outside (but there's no accounting for stupidity). Hench porridge is definitely not dumb.
