Even better than previous model & fantastic customer service
I have tried many brands of water flosser over the years but for me this H2ofloss brand is the best quality and the best for customer service. On the left in the photo is my latest purchase, model IPX7 and on the right is my previous one, HF-P11. The IPX7 comes with a travel carry case and the accessories are inside a decent transparent container (see photo 2). The flosser head is easier to remove than in the HP-P11 and it also has a narrower water outlet which means the water in the reservoir lasts much longer before needing to be refilled. There are 5 speed settings and even on the highest settings and used twice a day the flosser stays charged for well over a week. You get a red warning light when the battery charge is getting low but it does give you a few more minutes use before completely stopping. The IPX7 is perhaps a little heavier to hold than the earlier one. The best thing about this company is their excellent customer service. They respond quickly and are keen to resolve issues. I had problems with my earlier one (HF-P11) within the warranty period and the company sent me a new one. When that one developed the same problem the company refunded me so I could choose a replacement. I decided to continue with H2ofloss because of their superior product quality and customer service. Yes, they are a Chinese company but don't let that put you off. (Other flossers I've tried were not such nice quality and had poor customer service.) The H2ofloss brand seems to be keen to improve their products and compete in the marketplace with superior quality at a competitive price.

Very effective water flosser
I bought the H2Ofloss in July 2020, and until last month, had used it daily to clean behind my bridge implant (as directed by my orthodontist). However, as it’s much easier to use than dental floss, I always used it throughout my mouth. As others have noted, I had to pay attention to the location of the buttons when I first got it, otherwise unintended jets of water sprayed over the wall, but it didn’t take long to get used to what I needed to do. I always use warm water with a touch of mouthwash, as I have sensitive teeth which really object when the water is too cold. It comes with a USB lead so is very easy to charge. I noticed someone raised a potential problem with charging the device adjacent to a laptop when travelling, but I have only ever needed to charge it once every 3-4 weeks, so never needed to take the lead with me when away from home. It comes with a very handy carry case and a selection of tools, but I’ve only ever used the flossing tool. Since attaching the base of the water reservoir, I’ve never been able to remove it, so I use sterilising tablets to ensure it remains safe to use, and always empty it after use & leave it with the filling cap open so it can air. I was lucky enough to travel abroad in November (before Omicron hit) and took it with me, no problems while I was away. However, since my return it hasn’t worked properly (my suitcase was damaged, so must have been very badly handled) and I’ve finally accepted that there’s nothing I can do to repair it, so I’ve just bought another one. When using the device, if it runs out of water before you’ve finished, it makes a high-pitched whining sound. Mine has been making that sound even when full of water and has a fully charged battery, and the jet is now too weak to be useful & cannot be increased. Having used it for 17 months I reckon it’s cost me about 40p a week, which is very acceptable.

A good water flosser
My previous H2ofloss water flosser died after 2 years and 1 month of daily use. I liked it very much, with two reservations - the swivel head moves far too freely and I often ended up with the jet pointing in the wrong direction in the middle of my flossing session; and, of course, I would have liked a rather longer lifespan. The new H2ofloss water flosser has a few cosmetic changes and seems to be a better build. Sadly the swivel head is still a problem and I will resort to some superglue to sort that so that it can't move at all. Another minor gripe is that the on/off switch is too easily activated. The older model had a much more definite click, whereas the new one needs just the slightest pressure to activate it. I will probably get used to it.

Great flosser
I do love a good water flossed. I chose this one as it came with multiple heads and was well priced. The jet of water on high is a little stronger than previous ones that I've had. This ks not a problem but I just need to be more careful near sensitive areas. Its a good size too, holds a good amount of water so do not need to keep refilling. The jet is good enough to get bits of food from food gaps. Charges quickly and holds its charge well. I find it more effective than regular floss. Ive had no issue with this item. Its good quality, does the.job and priced well.

Charging issues
I bought this last Christmas. It is brilliant and works far more effectively than any other water flosser. But, just as many others have found, there’s a problem with charging. My first one stopped working after a few months. The customer service was excellent and replaced it promptly, but now the replacement has issues. It wouldn’t charge, but then my husband tried a different charger and it has charged but the charger was red hot and now looks scorched. Daren’t try and charge it again! It’s such a shame as it is so effective, but I’m going to look for a different make.

Good quality water flosser that works - review update
I already had a water flosser, although a cheaper one than this, and had been telling my mum how much cleaner it left my mouth - especially as someone who at the time was going through orthodontic treatment. My mum has had her fair share of dental work, so I thought I would splash out on this for her and I'm so glad that I did. She asked me to take it for a test drive to ensure it was ok before she tried it - hence my review. What I would say about any water flosser is that I've found they definitely work better than just floss, and I find them much more hygienic too. I would go so far as to say they are a must if you are going through orthodontic treatment, or have had your fair share of restorations (including implants and veneers) or gum problems. Pros: - although using a water flosser like this takes a bit of getting used to, it does a much better job than dental floss in less time. My mouth feels infinitely cleaner and my gums happier than ever - stream of water is strong and great at dislodging food particles which are trapped - the 5 different pressure settings really do make a difference. I didn't have any issue with the highest setting, but my mum had some issues with her gums bleeding so slowly worked her way up to the highest setting over a couple of months and now has no problems - easy to charge, although it does take a while for the device to be fully charged - comes with a nice carrying case, so easy to transport when travelling - well-made, decent quality Cons: - it is really quite difficult to detach the water tank - battery does not last as long as with other water flossers I've used - when using the higher settings, the tank runs low on water relatively quickly so a refill is needed mid-clean - have only tried one of the nozzles (standard), so can't speak to the effectiveness of the other nozzles - not sure where to purchase replacement nozzles - the buttons are quite sensitive Recommendations: - if you have any teeth sensitivity, would recommend using lukewarm water, as opposed to cold water - the device does need to be cleaned. I do a deep clean monthly, whilst emptying any residue water from the tank everyday Edited to add: Flosser's power button stopped working after less than 2 year's use. Very disappointing as I've now had to buy another water flosser.

Completely changed my dental routine!
I had a much more expensive branded version that that randomly decided to stop changing one day. Thought I'd give this a go at over half the price and there honestly isn't any difference, this is well worth it! As for the benefits of a water flosser it can be a little daunting and end up everywhere the first time you use it but you realise how great they are once you get the hang on it. My hygienist commented that my gums were looking the healthiest she's seen them before a visit. They are also much less sensitive now, I used to wriggle around the chair in pain during a hygienist visit but it is rather conformable now! I struggle to use more traditional flossing tools so this has made things so much easier. Completely changed my dental routine, I won't be without one now!

Can have reliability issues
I have bought two of these, over the last few years, and generally they work well. The first one lasted three years of twice daily use. After a year or so I had to drill out the two very small internal ventilation holes which got clogged with limescale causing a vacuum to build up in the reservoir preventing proper operation. When the battery eventually started to fail I bought a new one, which was a slightly different in design, though had the same HF-6 model number. Unfortunately this one suddenly stopped working after 5 months. All credit to the supplier Baofengtong who immediately sent a replacement without quibble. The replacement is different again, yet still has the HF-6 model number. I hope this lasts as well as the first one.
