ACLS Review Made Incredibly Easy!

It is funny how some people act insulted because the "Incredibly Easy" series books have "cartoons" in them; but, I think this is a wonderful book that explains things very very well. Getting a thorough grasp of learning critical concepts is very important when you are dealing with human lives! Who cares about the cartoons, besides the cartoons have "get to the point" information reminders. Every time I opened and studied from this book, I feel like a hero because I learn something every time. This book is hard for me to close because I find it so interesting, and fascinating to learn this stuff. I would highly recommend this book to anyone taking ACLS for the first time, or to review.

great, ACLS classes rush you through in one weekend, this helps me digest the material and absorb it in my own time. Some ACLS teachers can be mean and I'll never understand that, as nursing and the medical field are supposed to be about compassion and caring.

I passed...I guess that says most of it! The book was very helpful with explanations, which was very helpful if I wasn't as familiar with a particular area.

This book didn't help me at all. It has way too much information that didn't keep me interested and eager to learn. A much better choice will be tha AHA book which changed this year and the 2 day ACLS class offered by the hospital I work at. Needless to say the test is nerve wracking but I passed.

I took the ACLS exam and this book even though was simplified it did not help as it was not updated with the current AHA guidelines. I ended up having to get the AHA book at the last minute and an online program that helped me a lot.

yr taking ACLS? feel you need a ANOTHER book.? the BLS and ACLS manuals from AHA run the info down in a clear and concise manner. I felt I had somewhat wasted my $ on this book. Its a good enough book but you get my point.

I haven't gotten very far in the book, but so far it is very easy to understand and because it's so easy takes away the nerveousness!
