I am an esophageal cancer survivor and am using it as my own “clinical trial” to prevent a recurrence of the cancer. So far I’m 3 years cancer free. Also, before eating this honey daily, I was chewing 10-15 antacids a day. Now, it’s more like 4 antacids a month.The UMF 15 has a slight medicinal taste at first, but after a few days, I don’t notice the medical taste and instead love the taste. I also use it on cuts and burns with rapid healing results. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Worth it - for taste and for my skin! *by S***I on October 16, 2019* This is hands down some of the most delicious honey I've ever tasted. I'm a huge supporter of local honey (and own way too many bottles currently), but a friend bought some of this and *very strongly* encouraged me to do the same. Zero regrets. Also works amazingly as a face mask or cleanser (yes, I'm serious, Google it). It's extremely calming to my dry skin, especially in the PNW where all the heater recently started blasting. ### ⭐⭐⭐ Not convinced about health benefits *by N***D on December 17, 2019* I use honey in my smoothies, tea and recipes. This is too expensive to add to recipes, so I've used it in my tea and smoothies. The taste is similar to regular honey but the consistency is much thicker, so sometimes it falls to the bottom of the tea and doesn't mix in. The flavor is very good but I haven't seen any difference in my health, in fact, I got a sinus infection after a year of not having one while consuming it.
