I ordered the md/lg size but with my smaller wrists sometimes its hard to find accessories that will stay on. They are loose around the wrist, but can be pulled up the arm till its snug, and it fits great. Soft and comfortable and they easily fit the cards/money/keys I need most or instant access to. I use mine when I walk my dogs, go to the gym, or do quick trips to the store and don't want to deal with the added hassle of wrestling with a purse. Someone cut open the first delivery, stole the arm bands, and left an empty package at my doorstep. I emailed the company and they responded a day later and said they would happily replace it. I told them I would be gone for a few days and didn't want it to get stolen again. They said it was no problem and delayed shipping it by a few days and kept me updated when then they shipped it. I got it a few days later, the quality of it is pretty decent, doesn't feel cheap and so far I like it.I got this product mainly for my mother's birthday. She has fistula scars on her arm from being hooked up to dialysis machines for several years; she's been using a leather glove she cut and folded up to cover it whenever she goes out. Although it ended up arriving after her birthday, she's very happy with it.
