Extremely Wicked, Shockingly Evil and Vile (DVD) [2019]

Overall, a good accounting of Ted Bundy. I lived in Florida at the time he was arrested and thankfully didn't escape! He had asked someone before escaping previously what states were most likely to execute for murder. He was told Florida and Texas. He wanted the challenge apparently of killing and not being caught. So he picked Florida. And in my opinion, got what he deserved.This film will give people who don't know a pretty good idea of just how murderous and dangerous Bundy was. Zac Efron could not possibly have put in a better performance.

Not what I expected. You didn't even see anything, no murders or him stalking anyone. The whole film is him being accused. But we see nothing. What a borefest

Zac Efron gives a great performance as serial killer Ted Bundy really capturing and landing all facets from Cocky and Creepy to cunning and manipulativeThe film covers the story from Bundy at large and killing to capture escape and recapture, then representing himself in court and his ultimate incarceration, while nicely balancing the story of detailing his horrific crimes alongside his relationship with his wifeThe film for me uncovered more detail about this awful real life story than I have seen in other films about him, and ended the film with real footage of Bundy at work in the courtroomA great film and recommend a watch

It's okay , the actor's fantastic but I watched the documentary first. The really gaps it the film , he never wanted to marry Liz, she wants but he rip the marriage licence up. She was so in love with him. She try to called cops several time, then she got woman cop who told her it the right was he murderer and raped poor girls. She wants. She to help the cops her therapist told her not to help them. Liz never went to prison death row, like the film . Liz got the letter from Ted but her daughter burn it because he would reeling Liz again .

I really enjoyed this film,the story is about the girlfriend's experience of Ted Bundy's arrest and trail.Zac Efron's performance is brilliant,he truly captures Bundy's charming,humourous, magnetic character,which hides the real monster within.I hope Zac will get an award for his portrayal.

This was a lot better than I expected. It is based on Ted Bundy's trial & his private life. I wasn't holding out much hope for this movie & was pleasantly surprised. It's a drama, not a slasher. I thought Zac Efron did a very good job portraying Ted Bundy, hopefully he will get more experience with the dramatic roles. Will watch again & recommend for people who want a good drama about Ted Bundy & not a killing spree.

Thoroughly engrossing and brilliantly acted. Tells the Ted Bundy story from his girlfriend's pov... and really, if anyone ever wonders how a wife or partner can't know what they've been doing, this gets to the heart of it... the manipulation, the hopes, the moments of happiness, the shattered dreams and the denial... excellently portrayed.
