The Logitech H390 is an overall good and reliable USB headset, especially for office work, online meetings, and daily communication needs. ✅ What’s Good • Clear Voice Quality: The microphone delivers clear and crisp voice output, making it suitable for video calls, webinars, and online classes. • Decent Noise Cancellation: The noise cancellation works well, but it largely depends on whether your laptop supports it through specific graphics hardware or installed software. Without compatible system support, the feature may not perform at its best. • Good Speaker Output: The speakers provide balanced sound quality, which is good enough for meetings, calls, and casual media consumption. • Easy Plug-and-Play: Being a USB headset, it connects easily without complicated setup. ❌ What Could Be Better • Headphone Foam Quality: The ear cushion (foam part) is not of very good quality. It feels a bit thin and not very durable. Personally, I feel that with regular use, it may tear or wear out after a few dozen uses. Budget friendly and Quality headset.
This is a long term review. Product is working fine ☺️ it is comfortable to wear for a short time may be 2 hours. But beyond it feels uncomfortable. Speakers are loud enough. But we can still hear people talking if their conversation is loud and microphone is fare enough. Haven't received any feedback from anyone that they're having issues with my face and clarity. Haven't faced any issues and it serves it's purpose. Do recommend people looking for budget friendly headset. Thanks 👍

Mic Stopped in a year
The product is good, but mic suddenly stopped working within one year. Even the product was in the warrenty but the service center rejeted by stating that the serial number sticker is not on the product. TOTALLY DISAPPOINTED!!!!!!!!!

nice for wfh and gaming
Looks good, works good. Not very comfortable but ok. If you need to use it for many hours everyday then may be not very good. If you use it every now and then for 30 to 60 minutes then no problem. Sound is loud, microphone is very good and there is sufficient noise cancellation but not 100%. Only problem I have faced till now is sometimes microphone does not get detected. removing and using again works sometimes.Sometime I have to restart system or I have to uninstall and then reinstall its drivers.
