Great looking Fire pit that works very well and provides great ambience and heat output!!

This fire pit is an absolute piece of garbage.Purchased it in September, did not put out til October. The following Spring, we took the very good cover, I purchased from a different company, off, only to find the entire outer ring, breaking apart. I called the sellers customer department. They told me it was only warrantied for 30 days. Absolute joke.Paid $829 dollars, with shipping and tax.I have worked in retail for over 25 years. Never would we treat our customers with such disrespect and not stand behind the products we sell and not even attempt to make it right. Do yourself a favor, find an alternate company, other than the Shine Company, on whatever you purchase!. I purchased a very good cement/plaster and painted it to try to get make it look somewhat presentable. But the following season, the plaster further broke deeper. More waisted time and money. I think this is possibly one of the worst companies I have ever dealt with. They should be removed from Amazon. Negative star ratings would be more appropriate. PLEASE, DO NOT MAKE THE SAME MISTAKE!!! There are plenty of real companies to find what you are looking for, other than this fly by night company. They definitely do not SHINE like their name is. They should be named CRAP COMPANY, with that kind of customer service!

This is a very nice size fire pit for our patio! Goes great with the color of our house. Easy to set up and operate. I would highly recommend this product! We are making lots of smore's too!

The fire table works just fine. The damage to the product will need repair. Amazon will not replace the table with the same table.

Love the size, style and material of this fireplace. Only wish that it was shipped with option for glass beads instead of lava rocks.

The stonework looks very cheap and came chipped in 2 places. They did give a discount, but now less than 1 year after purchasing it won't stay lit. I haven't been able to use it at all this season. Huge waste of a lot of money. Definitely would not recommend.

Scratches easily and has wholes that develop. It is only one and half years old.

Product was better than expected, looks great on the patio and is heavy duty. Unfortunately it did come with several scratches on the table top, we are trying to decide if we should return it.
