If you take two daily ,pain like sciatica donsent spike , I skipped a day and it was back, so I'm back in my routine and it really dose stop pain that physical therapy and hot baths couldn't!

In a few days I'll finish my first bottle (1 month worth) so I don't yet feel any improvement. It's recommended to try for 3-4 months to see results. Probably will order another bottle or two and then update this review.
