All my succulents died in this mixture. i am really sad. what is the problem? they all shrivelled up and died . i did not over water or anything.

What I too observed is that this soil is not draining out water the way it must, the water is locking up just like another Gardening soil... Try using another brand or collect ingredients individually and make your own soil mix.

Soil not drying in 4 to 5 days also causing root rot. What can add to it ?

Don't dd anything, just try to get the soil dry at earliest, put it in shade, or sun as much possible.
