Exactly what I was looking for - really good for my back.
I was looking for some kind of balance board / wobble board - I had no idea what they were called. I saw the pictures and description, and I was a little concerned about it being made of wood, and maybe being too low to the ground. The product is perfect - very sturdy, nice grip (you need to be wearing shoes that fit well, or your feet will move around too much - not comfortable), and it is great for my standing desk. I actually get more of a "workout" on this than I was expecting. I have a standing desk and I was planning on using this a lot, but I find myself needing rest periods - it isn't overly strenuous, I can talk and do my work, so this point is a good one - it actually does something. It forces you to engage your "core" to keep or regain your balance. I use it on a rug, so I'm not sure how well it would work on a bare floor.

A total steal!
After wasting a lot of time researching overpriced bose balls, I stumbled upon this alternative balance trainer and I couldn't be happier. I honestly can't believe how affordable it was compared to other balance related products. It's really sturdy and well designed. When the package arrived, the box looked all beaten up, but the product was in perfect shape. I also appreciate the anti-slip material on the top. After a few uses, I could already feel that my balance was improving when I did my tap dance moves. Highly recommend!

Good product, low standards
All in all, the board works great. However, like other reviewers noted, it came very scratched up. It also had some mystery splotch on it. I was able to clean it up with a lysol wipe, and the board funtions well, so I'm cool with it. Just know that you might get a dirty/scratched board.

Perfect For My Needs
I bought this wobble board to be used by both myself and my dog. Iwas hoping to get the purple but it was not available at the time. It arrived fairly promptly, and had SOME very mild scuffing on the bottom and some dust or something on the pad, but since neither of these affected functionality and it appeared otherwise undamaged, I was not concerned. It's going to get even MORE scuffed during our usage. The device itself feels quite sturdy and it very easy to find balance on. It's going to take some practice before I'll be able to stand on it without holding the wall, but that's a personal thing. I like that the sandpaper texture covers the entire top and not just in the colored zones like I first suspected. That way no matter where I place my feet I have a nice, secure footing. It's big enough as well to have plenty of room FOR my feet, as well as my shepherd when I have him step on it. (although I hold it steady for him) Perfect for improving my own balance as WELL as advanced trick training. Surprisingly good product for the price.

Scruffed, sturdy, and slightly constrictive
It came in a beat up box. I was hoping it wasn't used, but the bottom center of the board that sits on the floor was slightly scuffed (could have been a returned item or heavily tested (??)). The item is well built. A lot thicker than I expected and the friction surface on the board is nice; I like wearing my socks when I use it. It seems to be strengthening my ankle, foot and calf muscles. Good for core strengthening and balance especially if you have poor core strength and balance. Only issue I have with the item (other than the scuff marks) is that the board is 15.5 inches wide and my legs feel restricted; sometimes I'll put my feet on the edge of the board and it doesn't feel like it's enough especially when I'm trying to stretch my hips or deep squat. It would probably be better if it were at least 20 inches wide. I'm not that tall, I'm under 5'5', I can't image what it would be like for someone taller. Can't say I'd recommend it compared to other boards. Although, it does give a better ankle stretch than other boards. I've only had this item for a couple of days.

Suitable Balance Board
It looks rather small upon first glance but my size 10(w) feet fit it just fine. I do it barefoot but it's more likely most people would not prefer that, as it's roughly textured to prevent slipping(think sandpaper). It is sturdy and easy to step onto, as it's just a couple of inches high and as mentioned, the foot grip exists to keep from slipping as you bring on your second foot. I use it while I watch TV, sometimes a long with arm exercises, sometimes not, it has aided in improving my core strength and balance, only using it for 20-30 minutes once or twice a week. It also offers me a sensory output when I'm feeling pent up tension and my children use it for that as well. Being so small, it's easy for them to use it in their rooms or living room even while the rest of us are around.

Worth the money
Easily holds my 330 lbs and is a great tool for helping with balance and everyone who tries it seems to have fun on it. Only use on carpet

Not sure why pain relief is a feature. I wanted it for strengthening a weak ankle The plate is solid. The lower button is well made, and doesn't seem to mar the floor. BUT I worry that the button will combine with dirt and chew up my laminate flooring. Easy fix: Put a folded towel on the floor under it. A thicker pad can make it a bit more stable if it is initially too tippy. I try to use it whenever the tv is rolling credits or intro theme. I now can drink my coffee while balancing. Good product. Does the job.

When I took this out of the box I laughed because the bottom had rubbed against the cardboard box and looked a little "scratched up" or used, but dusting revealed that it was a brand new product, so all those reviewers returning their boards for being "used" were pretty silly (there is also some slight discolouration in two small spots where the sandpaper is glued to the top, I assume from glue spilling, but it is very subtle). It's sturdy, well-made and fully functional. I keep my board in a corner of my office and stand on periodically throuhout the day. It has helped with body awareness from engaging my stabalizer muscles more often. It's also good to practice singing while standing on. I got the burgundy and it looks very pleasant. Great value and I love that there is no logo.

It's a pretty sturdy wobble board. There is sandpaper like grip on the top so your feet or shoes won't slip. The wood surface to step on is thick. Seems sturdy and durable, but only time will tell. I bought it for it's price and to rehab my ankles. There isn't an exercise sheet like other equipment but easily Google-able. There's a 2 year warranty that makes me confident in the purchase.

Being a neurodivergent household, this thing has been awesome! Good for kids and adults. We've had so much fun getting our sillies out with it, and improving strength and balance. Highly recommend.
