I love this faucet. Every touch screams premium. Feels like a million bucks. The cartridge works great, the mixing of hot/cold is great. The water flow rate is very high and when it drops due to gunk stuck in the filter, it is easy to pull the screen out and rinse the blockages down the drain. Very happy with this product. It was expensive, but you are getting premium quality and look for the premium price.

It's nice, very good quality , but quite chunky and heavy looking. You need a BIG kitchen for this. Next time I would consider buying a more elegant, lighter KWC faucet.

I was hoping to replace my current Grohe faucet because it splashed every where and it was not that aesthetically pleasing. I debated getting the Dornbracht Tara Ultra Profi mixer vs this Axor Starck unit. I ended up picking this after playing with both units in a local kitchen store. The aesthetics of this unit is absolutely fantastic with its minimalistic design. It complements our modern decor very well. The flow of the water is great and I can switch back and forth between sprayer and regular flow with the press of a button (which was not possible with our Grohe unit). Installation was a breeze too.

The packaging was all banged up, and there was a dent on the front of the box that sits on the counter & holds the on/off lever & the pipe that holds the sprayer. (Did I get someone else's return???!!) But it looks sooooo cool, and has terrific power. I do wish the hose was longer.

A very nice faucet. We love it. Works well and we can use it to move the water stream around the sink with ease. Looks very sharp too.

Ordered this through Build.com who charged me $12 for return shipping when it arrived with a different head than most of the pictures show. The thin "pencil" head is what ships now even though most of the pics show a flared "tulip" head (which is what we wanted). Even the manufacturers box it shipped in still has a label on it showing the old flared head. Liked the fact that the head was metal instead of plastic but two issues I didn't like. Both the solid and spray streams (the only two settings on the head) are both unusually thin. I like a wider spray stream in order to clean dishes/sink. The second issue is the way the curved arm is held onto the main body. It's go a tiny little screw that you have to unscrew, place the arm onto the main part of the body and put the little screw back in. It only screws into plastic so be careful not to overtighten. I can see this being a issue down the road if the screw strips out. Seems kind of cheesy for what is otherwise a well made faucet.

I love Hansgrohe! I have 2 sinks in my kitchen, I put this in the double Franke professional series. And Hansgrohe 04286000 Talis S 2 Prep Kitchen Faucet with 2-Spray Pull Down in the vegetables sink. They look beautiful! And the price was really good!
