This book is excellent for us food blog obsessed millennials. Even the hard copy feels like I am looking at tablet screen and swiping through the pages. If you just started cooking this book walks you through the process very seamlessly; you feel like you are chatting with a friend about what to cook for dinner; yet it does not shy away from complicated dishes for those of us who want to venture deeper into restaurant quality food made at home. I also love the suggested combinations of recipes, I am doing the brunch one for sure.

I watched her win MasterChef, and now I can make some of her dishes. easy to follow. Great way to up your skill level in the kitchen and end up with some fancy dishes that taste great.

I've been wanting to buy a Masterchef cookbook for a long time but every time I peek into one, the recipes are far too advanced with many expensive ingredients. I was so pleased to find that Courtney's cookbook had elegant meals, but also simple ones that people can actually cook day to day. It was a perfect combination of fancy, everyday, and crowd pleasing recipes.

We enjoyed watching Courtney win Master Chef and now we are enjoying the cookbook. Love the recipes from her family with quips about her family. The directions are easy to follow and when an unusual ingredient is called for she explains where to find the ingredient. A wonderful addition to my cookbook collection!

Courtney is passionate about food, and it shows! This book has recipes that can easily be followed at home, and her personal touch to the book is really sweet. Love love love it.

Die Rezepte in ihrem Kochbuch sind kreativ, leicht nachzukochen und bis ins Detail beschrieben. Es wird also bei der Zubereitung nichts dem Zufall überlassen. Habe auch schon einiges nachgekocht und muss sagen es schmeckte sehr gut. Kann das Buch nur weiterempfehlen!
