Good blade for aluminum
Cuts through 2" x 2" aluminum rail posts like butter. Leaves a smooth surface.

A bit disappointed...
It will cut, and cut fairly well. The problem I had with mine is it came horribly unbalanced. I 3D printed a balancer and balanced the blade with some tape. I shouldn't have to do this for a ~$100 blade.

Used on R355CPS Evolution Saw and cut through heavy wall Tube like butter!
As stated in the heading this was used on R355CPS Evolution Saw and cut through heavy wall Tube like butter! The Tube was .250" wall 1.25" Aluminum tubing, and it cut through it like butter. If you are looking for a blade for Aluminum and need clean cuts, then this is the blade. Keep in mind that the blade is a 14" blade with a 1" diameter arbor so make sure that your saw will take this size blade and that it is designed for use with a saw RPM up-to 1600 rpm as shown in the attached picture off of the Evolution Power Tools 14BLADEAL Aluminum Cutting Saw Blade, 14-Inch x 80-Tooth blade.

Cuts like hot knife thru butter
I used it on my Dewalt 14” multi cutter saw. I had to cut 22-1/2 deg miters on 4” schedule 40 aluminum pipe. I was Very impressed! Had tried using a SS 90 tooth blade first and was able to smoosh my way though but it was ugly. The blade didn’t clear the the chips and gummed up the teeth had big globs of alum clinging to it. The aluminum blade is worth every penny!

Perfect, still cutting nice
I use it to cut Bosch Rexroth profiles, it provides a nice cut with no need to re-work them on a milling machine. I have made a lot of cuts and it's still going great, the blade shows no real damage or wear on the tips

It cuts aluminium way nicer than the standard blade
The cut is much cleaner - not perfect, but cleaner by a country mile than the standard blade. I do not think it’s worth 3 times the price mind you - but i am happy I have a decent alu blade now
