The 5 STARS UNITED Knee Pillow was purchased after a TKR operation to help with leg exercises and general comfort during recovery, and it helped. The memory foam gives good support without being too firm, which made it useful for positioning my leg correctly while doing exercises. It was also very helpful at night, as I could rest my operated leg on it when trying to sleep on my side, which took pressure off the knee and felt much more comfortable. The pillow holds its shape and feels well made, and it’s a simple but effective aid during recovery. Overall, I think, this was a worthwhile purchase and a helpful support cushion both for exercises and for sleeping.

This was a great item, worked well for my clients , really helped with back pain while laying flat , don’t get out off when it arrives, when you in pack it it’s flat , but soon goes to its proper shape in the warm

Been using this knee support while sitting in bed feeding my baby and while sleeping, it been helping a lot with the leg pain after postpartum. It’s firm but really comfortable for my legs.

Really luxury feel item for a reasonable price. Have had a few before and they tend to be a bit soft and go weak such my knees are almost touching. This has a much firmer feel to it and retains its shape well. The cover has a nice luxury feel and look. Very pleased with purchase.

I use this all the time. It is comfortable, not too bulky. It gives support to your back and it is a sturdy pillow.

You will think these are pillow size but they are not they are around a third of the normal size pillow in width that I was using between my legs as a side sleeper with osteoarthritis in both hips which I've gone back to using. It is so small and slippery it just kept popping out anyway and hardly separated my legs at all the photo is extremely misleading. Save your money use a normal pillow.

Maravillosa, me la recomendó el fisio por el dolor de espalda y estoy muy contenta con la almohada, ni muy dura, ni muy blanda, tamaño perfecto para ponerla debajo de las rodillas en la cama. Otras que había visto eran muy cortas, pero en esta te caben las piernas perfectamente. Repetiría la compra.
