Substitute for wheat daliya
It's a healthier alternative than wheat daliya. The quality and packaging was good. I make it in pulav style by adding veggies and masala or khichdi style by adding daal in it. Tastes good though not exactly like rice dishes but if you wanna lose weight it's best option available at this price range. It can be made like upma as well.
