I didn't like the quality. Can you initiate return for this. I had to gift it to someone.

Ideal for gifting. Good design and size of plates & bowls. Light weight, microwave friendly.

There were only 13 pieces instead of 1. 6 small bowls missing. Since the order was to give gift and as I had not taken video to prove, I didn't return.
