I've taken 3, 4, 6, 8 and 10 pills and 10 seems to be my optimum dose. These pills will certainly clean you out, but I would not expect to see the elusive/mysterious "mucoid plaque" or anything unusual.One thing it did fix for me (for which I am happy) ... I had a bout of acid-reflux some years back and I always had a heavy feeling just below my rib cage ... like something was stuck in there. This heaviness has now gone. Also, about three days after the 10 dose, I had my first complete BM ... about 18" worth ... followed by a great feeling of emptiness/lightness.As others have mentioned ... be very careful! What may feel like gas, is probably not. After taking the pills at night (with lemon juice in water) before bed, you will probably have a little bit of gas in the morning, but what you have up there is more like a beaver dam, ready to break. Therefore, don't be grunting anywhere but on the toilet ... as you will blow! Be sure to drink plenty of water, to stay hydrated and help flush things out.Bottom line: a great and gentle replacement for conventional laxatives, without the side-effects. For use whenever you feel like a good GI clean out. Also ... if you fast, these are a good (and probably safer) alternative to colonic procedures.

I’ve used this product for several years now and so does my daughter. It works very well. She had a blockage a few years ago and we used Oxy powder to effectively clean her out completely.Play around with the dose to find what works for you. Start with a smaller dose and work your way up. Word of the wise: stay near a bathroom the first few times you use it until you learn how it works for you and what your optimal dose is. Best taken on an empty stomach with plenty of water.

Have used this product on and off over the last 15 years and it’s fantastic! No cramping, very gentle. Great aid to any fast or cleanse. Would be great for anyone having issues passing waste. I never used long term as it was not necessary for me to do. 4-5 pills the night before worked best for me on an empty stomach with lemon water. You will need to go to the bathroom the second you wake up though! Would recommend staying close to home the morning of or most of the day until you know your bodies response.

These would be easily be within the top ten supplies I would have. I love these oxy pills & continuously recommend them to everyone I know. They're the most comfortable & effective laxative I've ever used & I never get cramps.I've been using these, off & on, for many years & I've heard they changed the formula, although I don't know when. I suppose before the formula was changed, taking four of these at night would give me enema-like results the following morning. Not sure if my body changed or it's due to the change in formula, but now I must take four pills two nights in a row to achieve the same results. No big deal, but that's my only critique.

Really like this product because it does not cause stomach discomforts and it goes down easily. I have a difficult time swallowing capsules but this one slides easily.

This is the best product on the market. Oxy Powder will clean you out most times with the first use. I take it a few days in a row just to make sure I get a really good cleanse. Follow the direction on the bottle but see my experience below:I simply drink plenty of water during the day. Take the pills at night (with a full glass of water) before bed time, and in the morning, my body is ready to release the extra waste.

This product is great. I’ve taken lots of fibers, laxatives, Pure for men, all in search of a great BM. None of those compare at all to these. First day or two was very good but watery. Third day taking two pills and it was so great (and easy). The best! I have only done three once and that had cramping but I’m sure I’ll try it again. If you want to clear the system out, I’d highly recommend these!
