Brand new, sealed package. My teenage daughter and I use ponds often for makeup removal, it's gentle on skin and works well. and this price was good.

I gently brush it on over stubborn make up, especially eyes and lips. Wait a minute and tissue it off or wash off with a wash cloth.. The fragrance is gentle and it never burns your eyes or delicate skin. Yes, it's greasy, but, that's why it works without rubbing or scrubbing. I wear a lot of make up. I depend on Pond's to remove it all gently. And then, if I want, I'll use a gentle skin cleanser. I highly recommend this product if you wear the make up that's meant to stay in place, like smudge proof lipstick or the long lasting foundation/ eye makeup / mascara / eye lash glue. I wear them all. I trust Pond's cold cream.

My mother has used this as her makeup remover for her whole life. When ever I stay over, I use it, and it does the job. I use spf 50 and either BB cream or cushion foundation, and I wear either tubing mascara or longwearing mascara, and this will remove most of my makeup, but I still need hot water and a toner/microfiber makeup towel. My mother uses this to remove eye makeup only (washable mascara, eyeshadow, eyeliner, and eyebrow pencil. For her needs, this works great, and she hasn't used a single thing on her face in her life. She looks at least 20 years younger than she is - so this can't be bad for long-term use.

I have used this for years. Bit the best for removing makeup, moisturizes but doesn't leave you greasy after washing your face. Good scent, tried a true qualiy.

My skin used to be oily and I used various cleansers. I would always get that "tight" feeling, and think my skin was clean. But getting older, my skin is drying out.
