The sound card is great, the microphone is not working, no service
The sound card is great, and easy to use. The microphone is not usable, it made very bad noise. I tried Amazon service first, their recommendations were not working. Then they told me to get hold of the seller, then the seller told me to ask the manufacturer. I hired someone to help me figure out the problem. First I thought it might be the sound card, but end up with the problem was from the microphone. We tried to switch the cords, but nothing worked. Finally Amazon tech helped me to get a partial credit since I it is such a hassle to setup the sound card which I don’t want to go through again. I am ok with the service by Amazon but not the seller.
