Does the job as far as recovery is concerned. The thing is...you'll probably have to go #2 more after taking this. So...while it may help you look sexier in the long run you sure as heck won't feel sexy during that special time.

Especially for the price, I would recommend this to anyone who is serious about workout and fitness. For me, it almost always eliminates soreness within 24 hours. It has a protein like consistency, but that hasn't been an issue for me. It does taste great, and I actually look forward to drinking it after my workouts. Overall, it's a great addition to your routine.

I have always loved Muscle Pharm products. This is perfect right after your workout to help you recover and rehydrate. Taste is enjoyable as well.

Item not as described
Did not receive item as described. Everything including the label on item said "fruit punch" unfortunately the actual item was "orange mango"
