Thank you. ## Customer Reviews ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Great product and amazing customer service *by J***D on January 12, 2021* I purchased a Black & Decker 36V electric mower buuuut the charger wasn’t working. The blade motor worked and the blade spun but it had no friggin’ juice. So I ordered this EfficientV 36V replacement charger and long story short, it’s a great replacement charger that works perfectly and the seller had amazing customer service.The full story is that After ordering this charger and it came within 4-5 days, when I went to plug it into the port near the handle of the mower, the green light on the charger turned off and the dreaded smell of burning electronic parts came from the warm charger enclosure. Dang! Two chargers down 🤷‍♂️. I contacted Richard and without any delay, he gave me some helpful advice on some quick system debugging and sent me a new charger while I looked into a few things. Ok, this is pretty dumb, somehow the battery was installed with the output leads reversed biased (positive and gnd were swapped). I learned this by first noticing that the blade was spinning in the opposite direction and then when I checked the leads to the port with a multimeter, confirmed that the battery was reversed biased. Opening up the battery and swapping the output leads is very easy so I did that. When the new charger arrived it worked perfectly and my mower is revving away keeping my yard of weeds perfectly trimmed 😆. Richard never asked about what happened but I basically fessed up and told him it was the batteries fault, expecting him to come back with something like “$60 plz”. BUT, he didn’t ask for anything and instead just said he was happy I got the mower running and that the charger was working well.
