This tastes really good. I used it for a salad recipe. Just cucumbers, radishes, tomatoes, and onions sliced. Add this spice. I put a teaspoon at a time (it’s a bit spicy) then pour a tablespoon of fresh squeeze lemon juice over it all and mix. Really good. You can add a bit of oil too. Doesn’t even need salt since this spice is already salty.

This package was delivered promptly. This seasoning on cooked vegetables is divine, like they serve at fine Indian Cuisines. The only downside is, U actually need to use about 3 times the amount you would typically use with any other seasonings. That said, it won't be expected to last long in the house, but the unique flavor makes that sort of okay ☑️

Delicious! Out of the three different brands of Chat Masala I ordered, Rani brand is the best. I compared Rani, MTR and Everest brands. Rani's version has the most authentic taste, right amount of all seasonings and seemed the freshest. Thanks to the seller!

I purchased this to make cilantro chutney. First I made some without it and it was ok, but then I discovered this spice and added some. It transformed it— really delicious, all the flavors came together. It is the perfect complement with samosas

I needed Chat Masala for a special dinner and couldn't get it locally. TA-DA! amazon, of course. the box arrived in time and is a fresh great add to every Indian dish (like we do salt and pepper here).

I use it with salad and french Fries and other foods, it's not really delicious . And all my family they don't like it but i think it ok for who likes Indian food

I was ordering Chaat/Chat from Indian restaurants all the time and decided to try making my own at home. I put Indian style crackers on the bottom, then topped with small cubes of cooked potato, cooked chickpeas, some yogurt, drizzled tamarind sauce, sprinkled chopped cilantro-and then the final touch that brings it all together is this Chat Masala powder. It is a special mix of 13 spices that is tangy/sour/spicy. It is not fire-y hot/spicy at all. The important ingredient in it is the dried mango powder which gives it have a nice tangy taste. You could use this on many other things as well- in salad dressing, on corn on the cob, on popcorn. It is different than Garam Masala which has more of a deeper clove/cumin/ taste to it. I am trying out some Indian cooking at home and learning more about the different spice blends available. Rani Foods seems to be a very good company to order from. I could not purchase this in Ontario where I live but found this product on Amazon which was affordable and arrived in a timely manner. I used it for a dish that called for Chaat Masala (Bon Appetit Corn and Peach Chaat - a must try if you are a Chaat lover) and it was delicious - fresh and spicy tasting. I will definitely be using this again and again.

Arrived in a nice package and has a nice spicy smell. Looking forward to using this in my next curry. This was recommended by a friend and expect it to do a good job since I have tested it in a chicken curry.
