The media could not be loaded. These mini-pans arrived in excellent condition, and are of EXCELLENT QUALITY. Even with the accurate measurements listed, I didn’t realize what “1/2 lb loaf pan” would look like. These are DECEIVINGLY SMALL…BUT, at 2/3 full, (allowing for rise) measured 7.5-8 fluid oz/16 Tbsp.; the EQUIVALENT of 2 MUFFIN/CUPCAKES. I made YEAST BREAD, 100 grams of dough in each pan-My equivalent of 2 DINNER ROLLS. Pans’ SIDES HELD FIRM during rise; and baking. Height of slightly domed loaf was even w/pan. I could easily have added 10-15 gr. for a taller loaf. Used a parchment sling for easy removal/cooling; but the unlined ends did not stick. Pans fit perfectly in the bottom of lunch size gift sacks. I’ll be ordering more.

These fit absolutely perfect in my Sam's Club large outdoor griddle!!! I was really surprised an exact size was made for this but I measured and they work great. Unfortunately, the silicone ones used for blackstone's just don't fit this model so I have to use aluminum ones.

For baking, does what it should. All the complaints seem to be coming from people trying to use a disposable item for an unintended use. The complaints about flimsiness are like people complaining that their VW bug won't pull their motorhome. No I do not intend to bake meatloaf or lasagna in these disposable aluminum tins, but they are great for bread! In fact, they wash up just fine and I expect to reuse them multiple times to bake bread.
