Bose Noise Cancelling Wireless Bluetooth Headphones 700, with Alexa Voice Control, Silver (Renewed)

My team had to relocate from our main office building to a coworking space for one year, and this was the one purchase that I made for every member of the team. We had desks that were right next to each other without cubicle dividers, and I was amazed at how well these worked. The sound quality is excellent, but more imprtantly the microphones do a fantastic job of isolating the wearer during Teams calls. I would have someone sitting right next to me on a different call, and we never heard the other individual getting picked up by our headphones. The size and fit are both exellent and easily adjustable. We used the included usb adapter for easy connectivity, but I also use the bluetooth connection with my phone and laptop when I travel. These are great headphones. One thing that I did learn though is that if you are flying and the volume seems low, you need to use the touch volume controll on the right ear cup to increase the in-device volume. My other favorite travel hack is to pair these with an AirFly unit to get wireless audio on the airplane. I am very happy with the purchase and have since picked up an extra pair for my wife to use. We both love them.

I received one pair of these (refurbished) and it simply would not connect to my phone at all -- even though both Bose and Samsung said they were compatible. Amazon shipped out a second refurbished pair and these are excellent! I always thought that this was the best looking of the Bose headphones and I am very happy to have them now. This pair connected immediately to the Bose app; and allowed me to dial in the settings that I wanted. I was able to download the product manual from the Bose site. This refurbished pair is in excellent condition and came with everything but the instruction manual. Great deal and very nice headphones. A cute touch: when these were connecting to my phone, the Bose site found them -- not as Bose 700, but "Bose Lovely".

The sound is good, QC has better sound. Noise cancelling is better than QC by miles. 1 star because it died in less than 2 years. Expect better quality from Bose.

Love the headphones, but the case is CRAP. The zipper keeps popping open from day one. I would have preferred a 1-gallon food storage bag than this useless case.

They were used I believe. I know that at purchase. Worked just like new. They are super comfortable and easy to use. They have an amazing battery life and connect with ease. Overall bose never disappoints.

They are very easy to use and are very comfortable. I use them in the gym for the treadmill and for any of the machines I go on. They blacked out all the noise and music going on in the gym almost completely.

Bought this product in April 2025 . It started acting up 8 months in .Contacted Amazon they said it had already passed the return date. I have had the 35 and 45 no problems. This was supposed to an upgrade. But this was totally disappointing. Not sure if I can continue to support Bose if this is the quality and after sale service we can expect.

Quality 🦾 : 8/10 Overall great quality plastic few metal parts, I haven’t had them for a very long time so I can’t say if they will last long or not. Sound 🔊 : 9/10 Very great quality for Bluetooth headphones. The sound cancelling is amazing and helps a lot for the sound. Overall again I love these headphones to everyone, they can be a bit outdated in 2024 so I’d recommend getting them during a sale. That’s my review, Ciao 👋
