National Cycle1 PLEXISTAR 2 CLR KIT 7/8"

This is my first windshield that i have had on my numerous motorcycles. I put this on my Triumph Bonneville. It did not take away from the cool look of the Triumph. It certainly changes the feel of motorcycling. Installing was straight forward. All the components were very nicely well made. The windshield fit perfectly as stated. The quality of the product was a ten. if taken care of, it should last for years. It can easily be removed for a day of riding without. Looking through the plexiglass does challenge my eyesight, especially if wearing sunglasses or a visor on the helmet. I have readjusted a little lower and i can see over it as well. It makes traveling on a highway much easier, less tiring without the wind fatigue. On back roads it is a bit more challenging to clearly see every pot hole or road imperfection. All in all, I am very pleased with it. I was also pleasantly surprised to receive it in less than a week. I give it a ten and recommend it to anyone that wants to go with this option. The price is very reasonable, good value and they are made in the USA!

Too big for the bike, You have to reposition multiple times to get the right wind protection. Bike looked ridiculous after. I decided to get a smaller windshield instead

Love the product but the hose clamps that came with it to mount the bottom of the windshield to the forks are too short. The manufacturer knows about this and has for quite a while but still has not corrected it. Thank God three dollars fixes the problem!

Mounted on a Z900RS (with 7/8" bars) and was able to make high enough for look through application. Seems high quality and doesn't seem to flex a lot.

This is a replacement for an identical screen that was in service for over 20 years. The old one just wore out at its attchmant points, but the main screen still had excellent clarity. The new one fit right on the old mounts, glad to see that the design had not changed at all, nothing needed fixing.Once initially installed, installation and removal for seasonal use or cleaning takes less than 5 minutes. Cleaning takes longer than removing it.I use mine for the winter only, prefer to run naked in the summer. As with almost any windshield, handling at speed changes, but does not seem to cause any instability up to the max speed of my 35-year old motorcycle.

Just bought my 3rd one of these over 36 years! Wow can't believe I'm saying that!First one lasted 20+ years, but the glue that held the brackets finally came apart. Could have re-glued it but opted for a clean replacement.Second, alas was damaged as my son had a minor dump while learning to ride, causing an ugly scraped area & a broken clamp.Hence, number three. Glad I can still get a third!Looks so clean! Doesn't hide the bike, & is very stable @ higher speeds on the freeway. Has saved me from wind, bugs & even birds!

Install on a 2013 Honda cb1100. Looks great. Sturdy mount. Top of shield about nose level. Could go up or down about 2 inches. Happy.

This is the way to go if you want a little wind protection on your "naked" bike. i do a lot of videos on a bike and this fairing/windshield is great for that too. And the equipment to mount it and the shield itself are superb.
