Have been using it since 5 months, you can see the effects after a month, the skin, nails hair are much much better in terms of growth and texture.The product is great interms of taste[no taste,no smell) and texture ,i feel its the finest quality. Yes its expensive, but I would highly recommend it for the benefits.

This is a good effective product. My hair and nails are very strong and grow rapidly when using this product. When I look in the mirror my face appears slightly more youthful and my skin appears firmer [although this could be down to my imagination]. I have been using Vital peptides for a couple of years now and have recently switched to the Marine Peptides. They both work, but the Marine peptides seem to be slightly more effective; which is a tad annoying as it is quite a bit more expensive than the bovine one. To get the best results I noticed that I had to use between 1 and a half to 2 scoops per day. And contrary to what is stated, neither product dissolves very well in cold water. I tend to put mine in a blender if I want to fully incorporate the powder into a cold drink. I found that it needs to be used for around 3-4 weeks before any results can be detected. Also, I noticed that to maintain the results one have to keep taking it. If I don't take it for a while I notice that my nails are more prone to breaking. Would recommend. The only really annoying thing is that it is quite expensive and the container is only half full, that may persuade me to look for an alternative product.

Collagen is has great health benefits and I recommend this product. I would advise though taking it in hot liquid as it will disolve better. Can be taken in cold water but the power can clump if the water is too cold. Better to have water at room temperature if not wanting a hot drink. Better adding the power first as this reduces chance of clumping especially if making in cold water. The power doesn't change the taste of your drink. Though the power will whiten black tea and coffee. Don't be put off by the smell of the powder it doesn't affect the taste of your drink. I have given this product 5 stars because of the health benefits and I have seen improvements in my skin appearance and my joints don't seem as sore. It is good value for money on Amazon you could expect to pay a lot more elsewhere.

Really no taste, I love it, use it for years now. I have it in hot and cold drinks, dissolves in everything. No idea if it works, but I believe lol 😃

I bought these collagen peptides as the reviews were so high. I’ve know about this product for a few years but wasn’t available in the UK or was too expensive. I finally got to try them and it’s been disappointing. The box for the price you pay is quite small. In addition (which you don’t know until you read and check inside) you should take 2 spoons a day. The spoons are quite big meaning it will last 3 weeks tops!I’ve put it into my coffee but even if I only do small amounts per drink it doesn’t blend well. I stirred and then it would still sit in bulks.Won’t buy anymore.
