After a month and a half it no longer works
This massage gun was great and was really happy with it, purchased it in February and was better then any others i had seen. The problem is after regular use, it is now 4/12 and no longer works. For the money try and find one that lasts longer.

I question if this is a "New" Item
I received the item yesterday. I doubt this is a "New" item. Is it used? Is it a previously returned item? I'm not sure.The item did not come in a professionally sealed box. The carrying case seems dirty/dusty inside. The tags were off the tool, and placed in the sleeve of the case. The attachments were not sealed but instead wrapped in loose plastic.I was led to believe I was buying a "New" item. I started the return process but realized it would cost too much to return.

Scam
This purchase was the biggest disappointment. It makes a terrible sound when you turn it on. The packaging and case were questionable at best. It would cost me the same amount to send it back as the item cost me. Scam.
