Overall great experience with the company and overall service and product
Came a day early with a hand written note. Very nice, honey has that bitter taste to it like it should and I’m looking forward to enjoying it until it’s gone. Trying it with some cheese and in coffee and tea, mostly got it for its medicinal properties, so we shall see how that works out. I ordered this unique and delicious honey after seeing it featured on Stanley Tucci’s documentary featuring the foods and culture of Sardinia. What a delight. An interesting and delicious flavor. Wonderful to cook with. Unusual and delightful. And by all means I’ve found my new market for all the best of Italy.
