These are as strong as the original magnets. However the colors are misrepresented and don't match the outfits for which I was purchasing them.

Helpful upon refinement of use.
Most helpful after initial period of adjusting to it. Tends to signal at different body positions so one needs to find the right spot to place it for precise help. IE: bending head down, VS slumping shoulders, etc.

Great Posture Improver
I am very impressed with this device...I have had poor posture all my life. Lumo provides a gentle reminder to straighten up. I LOVE the colored magent squares that I purchased as well. They blend into most everything I wear so it not noticed.
