Have been ordering these for a while. Arrives fast. Any issues I've had, have been rectified immediately. A good amount of flies in the pot too.

The best Fruit Flies
These flies are a real bargain.I advise you buy them a week before you ate going to need a new batch. You then simply place them somewhere with a constant room temperature and they hatch within a few days. They live a good few weeks as long as you keep them correctly. If like me you require a high number of these, you will find this culture really useful and good quality.

Not many hatched
I have had a few pots before with no problems, unfortunately this pot decided not to let the flies to develop. It is one of those things. But Mavis the mantis was hungry.Managed to get some local via a friend

Value for money
Amazing food for baby mantis, keep them fed for a few weeks. Down side was the packaging as alot had escaped out the top. It's a big hole in the lid stuffed with a cotton wall ball which had dislodged.Could benefit from some bug mesh under the lid which I installed, as you can see in the photo. Would of been 5stars if it wasn't for the package issue but I'm sure I was unlucky.

My jumping spider is now dead
Bought fruit flies for my jumping spider. Pot came split in 2 places. In box was a squashed, dying spider. Shiny black with spindly legs and deep red abdomen. Haven't seen my jumping spider for over 2 weeks now but in my jumper's enclosure , I have a young shiny black spider with spindly legs and a deep red abdomen. Will never buy from again.

These lasted for about a month
This fruit fly culture started hatching within about 4-5 days of receiving it. and once they started they lasted me about 3 weeks. But I didn’t do anything to keep them going for longer. I bought them for a jumping spider but soon realised that these were a little to small for her so moved her onto Green bottles flies instead and I just let this culture die off. But I’m sure if you tried to keep it going or cultured l more fruit flies from it you absolutely could. The only problem I found with it is the cotton wool ball they used to stuff in the hole in the top. After a couple of times of removing and putting back this just kind of starts to get misshapen and fall apart because the the cotton keeps catching on edge of the hole. If I had cotton wool balls here I could have just used a new one each time but I didn’t so a sponge bung would have been a much better choice here.

Best international shipping I've ever tried. Worth every penny!
Place the culture at room temperature and wait for the flies to emerge. The time period for the culture to develop, pupate and adults to emerge may vary dependant upon the developmental stage of the culture, as you receive it and the ambient temperature.
