I got it as a refreshing substitute to coffee when I need extra support to be focused. It keeps me awake and concerned due to high content of caffeine but tastes horrible, very artificial. I end up dissolving it in large amount of water and drinking it longer. This way it taste quite nice but don’t give a kick. I should mention that It caused a crash, fatigue around 1-2 hours after drinking it prepared as instructed.

I love these because they are so easy to take...i pour one into a bottle of water which makes me drink water too. I have tried the pink lemonade for beauty and the orange and pineapple for focus ..i prefer the flavour of the latter. I am about to try the one for hair....sometimes i put them into Volvic lemon and lime water as i stuggle to drink enough water and this has dual purpose.

Since I started using this product I have found that I am able to concentrate on whatever I have set myself to do. It has helped give me clarity of thought that enables me to focus for longer periods of time without my mind wandering off. A great product to help the grey cells out.

Tastes nice and feel better from drinking it daily.

I've tried a fair few supplements in my time and have no trouble taking tablets. It is sometimes nice, however, to have a drink that's refreshing and good for you at the same time.These sachets are small, a bit bigger than the individual coffee sachets you can get. They are easy to open and dissolve well in water.The taste is fairly nice, not as nice as drinking proper orange juice though, and although I don't mind it, has a lingering aftertaste. It's just like an orange and grapefruit squash. The main affect you'll get from these are the vitamin C and caffeine. Is says it aids hydration, but being a diuretic the vitamin C could actually worsen this unless you actually drink more than normal. Same goes for caffeine, so really you're getting an orange juice/Red Bull hybrid.I feel fairly refreshed after taking these, and certainly they give you a bit of a buzz. How much of a coffee drinker you are will probably determine how much of a buzz you get from this. My only issue is that a nearly a pound a capsule you can get more from normal vitamin C tablets and a cup of coffee!

These sachets are great ... so easy to take, convenient and as an added bonus actually taste quite nice. There are a few different drinkable vitamins in this range and this one is specifically for focus with a reduction of tiredness and an increase of energy.Each sachet contains a selection of nutrients which are known for reducing tiredness and increasing focus such as Ginkgo Biloba, L-Theanine, Zinc, Glutamine, Vitamins B5, B6, B12 & Vitamin C and not forgetting a big whack of caffeine. No need for your morning energy drink with this on hand.Dosage is one sachet a day mixed with anything between 200ml and 600ml of cold water. I usually add a sachet to just over 300ml ... it mixes instantly and makes a decent sized pleasantly tasting cold drink that I drink first thing in the morning.After taking this supplement everyday for a month I've found that I have definitely seen an increase in energy and I have also found over time that I feel better, less tired and I haven't felt as sluggish as I usually do in the afternoon.Price wise it's not cheap at £19.99 for a box of twenty eight sachets (price correct at the time of this review), however I'm happy to carry on with this supplement for a while as it really does seem to work.

This is basically an orange flavoured caffeine drink. It'll perk you up for a short period of time but other than that I didn't notice much in the way of being more focused!It's important to stir well to fully dilute the flavour as it's quite strong and artificial tasting. I found there to be a bit of an unpleasant aftertaste that lasted a short while.It's quite expensive so I think I'll stick to black coffee for now!
