Scottish Claymore Broadsword, 40" Overall, 32.5" Carbon Steel Blade, Red Handle

This sword works great for decoration and presentation. The scabbard is first rate, and I was quite impressed with the detail, and heft of the whole thing. Came fully oiled, with no rust. Again, this is not for real use, but for a room decoration, it simply cannot be beat!

Arrived with no problems, will look great on display or as prop. Tassel wasn't tied well, but that was an easy fix (retied through provided hole), and the oil preservative smelled bad. These are small problems for the price and the look. Thanks!

This sord surppassed my expectations. I was expecting bar steel in a sheath when I ordered my wall hanger. I got a relitivly nice blade, and very handsome Will look good above thje fire place.

Perfect display sword. Don't think you are buying an actual sword. I knew this when I purchased this. This sword makes a perfect article for wall mounts or other displays.

I am a fan of swords and this hangs very nicely on my wall. The build quality is not great, but you get what you pay for. I had to adjust some of the metal on the hilt because it was misshapen but it was a quick fix. This is not intended for anything but a show piece.

The biggest problem that I have found with this sword is that it is not sharpened at all. the blade sticks in the scabbard until sharpened. Not a fine quality finish, but pretty authentic. Sword hanger is required to actually wear this sword.

This is a backsword, not a broadsword (one sharpened edge, not two) and the scabbard is bent or misaligned as it is a struggle to get the blade in or out.

I ordered this sword and it arrived on time and in the condition described. It goes great with my kilts. I am very pleased.
