I don’t know why the are no longer available as of July 2025. They are the best setup and actually quite perfect for outdoor cooking. You can use 1 to 4 burners for whatever you can use any combination of the 16” accessories such as griddles, grills, or pizza ovens together and almost any mix of all the above. It is the most versatile outdoor cooking stove I have ever used and it’s a shame that it and all of its specific accessories are not available. I live my portable FTG600 and my permanent FTG900 as well but the Somerset series are great for everything that’s come along for decades. Value for money:Nothing else out there like it except smaller version of camp chefHeat level:As little or as much as you’ll ever needs Why did you pick this product vs others?:Built like a tank, guarantee my great kids will be able to use it ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Amazing *by M***E on January 4, 2018* Amazing stove. I use it with the SG90 flat top griddle on the two left burners and the 16" Camp Chef Italia Artisan Pizza Oven on the two right burners. I no longer have a traditional gas grill as cooking meats on the flat top tastes much better in my opinion. If I do want that grill flavor I will fire up my charcoal Weber (very rarely now).When I want to fry or saute using pans I remove the Artisan Pizza Oven as it is a bit easier to lift. I keep this out on my deck. It's main use is to fry foods, bake pizzas and cook large quantities of food on the flat top. My kitchen no longer smells since all the heavy cooking is done outside. Cleaning the Somerset IV is pretty straightforward and simple. Wait til it cools off, then you can lift the burner grate and remove any fallen food debris. I use Lysol/Clorox wipes to clean the aluminum covering and side shelves.Assembly took me about an hour and was fairly straight forward. Upon initial use I noticed the bottom of all my pans and griddle were developing extreme black soot/carbon build up. It got to the point where everything had soot on it and making clean up a nightmare. I googled it and realized that I had to adjust the burner air vents so they produced a blue flame. My flame was completely orange and not burning very hot or efficiently. Once I adjusted the air vents and got the nice blue flame I no longer had soot forming on the bottom of my pans/griddle. The vent adjustments were located behind the face plate of the burner dial controls.This stove is extremely versatile and makes cooking for large groups a simpler chore.I don't recommend you purchase the Camp Chef grill cover as it tears easily and doesn't fit on the stove when you have the Pizza oven installed. Through trial and error I found the perfect grill cover on Amazon: "Classic Accessories Veranda Grill Cover - X-Large, 70-Inch". It covers the entire Somerset IV even with the griddle and pizza oven installed.One more thing, the SG90 griddle has the drain hole on the left side of the grease channel. That means you can't install the griddle over the right two burners since the grease cup will not be able to be installed due to clearances of the aluminum front panel in the middle. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ it is a well built unit. My only complaint ... *by J***N on April 2, 2018* it is a well built unit. My only complaint is that the wind really has an effect on the flame. Since I purchased this to be a permanent backyard cooktop, and not a mobile unit, I am thinking of ditching the cart and building a lower cabinet to set this unit into.
