my hose broke and stated to leak, contacted the manufacture of product, he told me to send picture of the damage and the order number and picture of the damage to Grunen Wolken which i did, went thru requested q conformation of receiving the picture, never heared from him and i keep getting a voice mail stating that message is full.

I looked at several similar products and bought this one because it had metal fittings on the ends and had a food-grade liner. After trying it out I immediately sent for three more. Typical garden hoses have a rubber or vinyl sheath with a very high coefficient of friction. They love to tangle and even under the best of circumstances become difficult to drag around if you have any significant length involved. This one obediently trails behind you wherever you need to go with the lightest of pulls. It is equally cooperative when you go to wind it back onto the hose reel. Because of the smaller diameter you can get much more hose onto the reel.The only downside that I can see so far is the somewhat reduced volume because of the smaller diameter. This is no problem if you are watering your succulents or washing the car, but it might become an issue if you were trying to fill a swimming pool or knock down that brush fire on the back property line.

The positives are that the jacket and hose fittings are top notch. Very high quality. As is the stainless jacket. That all said, the actual hose is just a piece of clear PVC tubing, similar to what you'd find in an aquarium. It's very thin walled. Don't leave pressure on it. I only know this as I've had to take mine apart, after a leak. I was very surprised that for all *appearances* the hose is great, but the fundamental basis of this product (the hose that carries the water) is sub-par.Might be good for your use. It'd likely survive an animal chewing on it and/or plenty of exterior damage. It's very flexible and doesn't kink.

Advertised as having brass fittings - they are aluminum anodized gold. The nozzle that comes with it is brass, a low-flow version of the typical twist adjustment nozzles we all know. I read many reviews of the various brands, and others seem to fail in several places. This one had good reviews, and it's been working fine for me with no leaks. The low rate of flow, due to the smaller inside diameter of the hose, can result in low pressure with other nozzles that were designed for standard hose, but I knew that going in. It's worth it for the ease of pulling it out, moving it around, and especially rolling it up on a reel. Even in cold weather it never gets stiff and fights the reel like a standard hose will.

Got this hose in Nov 2019 and loved it. Worked great, good pressure, no kinks and light. But alas, it started to leak just about in the middle, and doesn’t appear to be fixable. So disappointment.

Bough this hose two months ago because my dog kept chewing up my hoses and I am very happy with it. She has left this one alone and I've had zero problems with it. I got the 25ft hose to refill my dogs water bowls every day and love it. Going to buy the bigger hose soon and hopefully it holds up just as well as this one. If you have a dog that loves chewing up your hoses I recommend this highly.

It feels kinda silly writing a review on a garden hose but this one deserves a word of praise. I purchased this hose last year and it has provided excellent service. Easy to pull around, very flexible and durable with no real downside. Super easy to roll up in a hose reel. Because I was so happy with the first one I purchased a second one this year for the front yard.If you are tired of using a big heavy rubber hose this stainless steel garden hose to make gardening much easier.

I owned two similar hoses, that the sprayesr seperated from the hose. I bought this one because the connections of the sprayer to the hose are brass, not plastic, and looked much more secure. I was right, and I love that it's 100' .Light weight and very flexible.
