This is a game changer for silent reflux. I no longer always have to clear my throat and have so much less phlegm. Give it a little time to work so those inflamed tissues can heal. Cuts burps way down too. It’s good for personal comfort but also for the social aspect of reflux which doesn’t get talked about. I have zero side effects and use it often. I think it’s gel form is a little weird but no stranger than sports gel electrolytes for example. I think vanilla caramel is the best flavor. Very tolerable no problem and I keep it with me now for all occasions. I do wish it weren’t as expensive but it’s what’s out there. Hope this helps someone. Thanks for a great product.

Great Product for acid reflux .... Terrible Name. After a esophagram food swallow test, the specialist suggested I give it a try. REFLUX GOURMET helped my years of Acid Reflux throat and chest pain better than most doctor prescribed medications. When I suggested REFLUX GOURMET to my GP doctor for other patients. I showed him the Black Vanilla Carmel Tube, he laughed at Gourmet ! The Caramel flavor taste great. My only gripe. I am pre-diabetic and RG is very sweet. I only take it at nights before I sleep because of the sugar. It worked immediately. I hope it works for others with Acid Reflux and a version with zero sugar is created. Also a smaller travel size for TSA.

This works extremely well to stop Silent Gerd from entering the esophagus. It is pleasant tasting and comes in vanilla/caramel or chocolate mint. One tube should last about 30 days and I use it every night with a slightly elevated mattress. Saves my vocal folds from damage. Originally recommended by my laryngologist. Great product.

Reflux Gourmet Rescue is a very effective product for neutralizing an acute bout of gastric acid reflux. It's thick and creamy, and has a very pleasant flavor. I only give it 4 out of 5 stars because of its price. It is very helpful if you need it, but it is expensive.

Great product. I take a dose every evening. It helps create a barrier in my esophagus so reflux doesn't happen when sleeping.

Reflux gourmet has given me a solution for my symptoms after a year on PPI with no relief. I have had multiple tests and am diagnosed with a gastric outlet obstruction. Taking the reflux gourmet after meals has eliminated my symptoms! I no longer take PPI’s, Famotadine, Pepcid Complete, mylanta or antacids. (I still elevate on a wedge, don’t eat for 3 hours before sleep, avoid big meals and food triggers). Now I sleep through the night with no symptoms and am able to eat better. I highly recommend to give this a try, it has been a life saver!

I wanna start with what works for one may or may not work for another. I heard amazing things about Reflux Gourmet that I decided to give it a try for my Silent Reflux. It did work for this BUT the level of nausea this caused me was something I was unprepared for! Absolutely sick to my stomach! I took this on a day where I did nothing else different. Normal diet. So it can't be anything else I ate or drank. Flavor is tasty as far as that goes as well.

I have been using this reflux formulation for a number of years and it works well for me. The only issue I have is the consistency of the material seems to change from tube to tube. One time it flows well and is caramel colored and the next time it beige colored and is very runny. The taste stays the same although a little gritty when light colored.

Am unable to take most commercial anti reflux medicines so am delighted to have found Reflux gourmet . No nasty additives or chemicals preservatives etc tastes yummy and most importantly works a treat. Super happy

Tastes nice. But had no lasting effect on my reflux

I have silent reflux which can make you cough at night. A teaspoon of this stops the coughing almost instantly which allows me to fall back to sleep fast. It is a great product that has helped me tremendously

I regularly buy this product and it is normally great. However just opened a new tube and the contents looks and tastes a bit different to usual. I am therefore a bit concerned about using this tube. Especially as it is taken by my 5 year old for her ongoing reflux.
