Delicious in smoothies.
I use these wonderful butterfly flowers in my breakfast smoothies. They add so many "youth" antioxidants. Tastes slightly sweet, and turns my strawberry smoothies a fun purple color. (And they don't stain the teeth, which is awesome)Very happy with the pure quality of these flowers!

Mill It Yourself if you think it isn’t milled enough
Great first experience trying Butterfly Pea Matcha powder! I milled it a bit first myself, and the color was so vibrant! Great taste and honestly, I was so happy to be able to afford to try this.

Grit and nothing but the grit
Not sure how this can be called “powder.” There is nothing powdery about it. I bought it for baking but I cannot put this macarons or cookies, it’s too gritty. Even in water it will not take away the grit. Reading the comments people suggest adding it to hot water or making into a paste to dissolve but if I wanted all this extra work, I would decided against this product.Things like spiralina or confectioners sugar are powders. Not this. It tastes good but I got it for the color.

Great product
I use this for natural food coloring in baked goods. The color is great, it doesn't affect the texture, blends easily. Will definitely purchase again.

I bought this to use as a dog-safe blue food coloring for my dog treats. I'm very happy with it!

Color fades
I like that it is a natural product. There are no instructions as how much to add for dying purposes. I used quite a bit for a small project and the color was gorgeous, but after a good 2 weeks the color started fading and for what I'm making that won't work.
