Spigen Tough Armor Case for iPhone 11 - Black

This is an excellent case and it's as tough as nails. Ok, that's a slight exaggeration but it is a really good cover. With the phone inserted, which takes all of 2 seconds, it transforms the feel making it seem very secure in the hand. I've dropped the phone a few times and the phone has been unmarked with no signs of any damage to the cover. For a case that is marketed as 'Tough Armour' it is very slim and strong but does give you 'drop' confidence. The camera opening is perfect and if you like the 'Apple' logo on display you will be happy. I purchased this item in haste (as my last cover had reached the end of it's life) but as my prior cover was made by 'Spigen' I knew I couldn't go wrong. This particular cover is much stronger than the previous and I am more confident that it will protect my phone adequately. The phone power button and volume buttons are really easy to use with this cover and there's an a good sized gap if you need to activate the silence button swiftly. In my haste to make the purchase I didn't realise it came with a kickstand which would not normally be my preference, however, this stand works well, it doesn't flap about or catch in my pocket and clicks out when required and clicks snugly back into the case leaving a fully flat back, in such a way that you wouldn't know it was there. I can not find any faults with this cover for my needs. Note, this has no direct screen protection and relies on a non-intrusive lip extending beyond the screen to provide protection. If you work in dusty environments this may not be the cover for you. As the title says, 'I'm impressed'.

5 years ago I brought this case and today I’m now purchasing another case. This case has been absolutely incredible, I still have the original iPhone 11 screen never cracked the screen even without a screen protector on it for years now. Obviously after 5 years of constant use it has now broken 😞 and I did drop it today on my drive and I have a fine crack going across my screen 😢 but to say this phone case has prevented any damage over the 5 years I definitely recommend it and because it’s definitely worth the money. Would highly recommend buying this it’s 10 or of 10 for me

Every device I purchase for myself or my family is almost always complemented by a Spigen case. This stems from having disappointing experiences with OtterBox [another case manufacturer] and trying to find something that doesn't make the device itself too bulky! In the two months I have been using this particular product, it has held up very well and has protected my phone from a few drops! The only gripe I have with the product is the fact that it's not very 'grippy' and can fall out of your hand quite easily due to it's smooth design. This may put some buyers off so be aware of this. Overall though, it's a great case and you cannot go wrong!

I’ve had this for a few months now, since I got a new phone. Previously I always used Otterbox cases, but I disliked the current style of theirs for my phone as I found it too smooth and slippery in my hand. This Spigen case came up as an alternative option so I gave it a try, and a few months later I’m very glad I did. It’s been on two holidays with me and has stood up to a lot of daily wear too, plus a couple of accidental drops onto hard floors with no damage to the phone. Really sturdy case and I was able to fit a screen protector to the phone and a PopSocket Slide over the case with no problem, making the whole set up very secure. Top marks for quality and value, in my opinion.

Perfectly fit my 13 mini. I've been looking for a quality replacement for another cover I had (same quality) and this is perfect. It also arrived on time, smooth touch and charger fits perfectly

LIFE SAVER! This is my 2nd Spigen Tough Armour case. It protected my phone through hell and back, not a single scratch, dent or anything through well over 100 drops in the last 5 years. The rubber material became hard and brittle through ageing (which is normal). Case saved my life so many times I had to rebuy. If you want your phone to survive, buy this.

Great but I wish it didn't have the hole in the centre. That does make the back tap reponsive though

Happy with the Purchase it adds to the over all Bulk, but have the peace of Mind to provide 360 degree protection.

I am incredibly clumsy with my phone, probably more so than anyone I know. My iPhone is dropped daily. Off the desk, down the stairs, on concrete, you name it. Having a super durable phone case is my absolute number 1 priority. For years. I had the mid level Otterboxes. (I didn’t like the screen to be covered). I probably had 8 of them over the years. I broke every single one of them. The phone typically stayed intact, but I still had 2-3 cracked screens in 6 years. I was buying a new case at least every other year. The Otterboxes are also like 3x more than this case! I was suspicious at first, how can a cheap case be so good, but wow, am I impressed. This is now my second Spigen case, only because I got a differently sized phone. It’s been over a year on my iPhone 12 and while it does have some nicks and dings in the plastic, it’s not noticeable to anyone else because it’s so minor. This case is STURDY. I don’t use the kickstand because I have a PopSocket. The kickstand, while a cool feature, looks a tad flimsy but I can’t accurately comment on it. I will absolutely continue to buy this case over and over again and have recommended it to everyone. It’s pretty thin too. I believe thinner than my Otterboxes were. But most importantly, it’s protected the phone perfectly! it has a slightly raised edge so when it falls face down, the ground hits the case, not the screen. I cannot highly recommend this phone case enough. I do wish it came in more fun designs, I have the black, but it’s non-descript enough and looks pretty chic. I don’t have any problems with the color chipping since it’s not one of the metallic ones. It supports wireless charging (though not with my PopSocket) and the case can be taken off and put on easily. I wouldn’t recommend doing it daily or anything though. The phones ports and speakers are not covered, so sometimes my phone ports get dirty. I do a lot of gardening with my phone laying next to me on the ground so dirt gets up there, but when I take the phone case off, there’s never dirt in the back of the case, unlike my Otterboxes which got crumbs in there. This one has a tight seal around the phone. (FYI: Apple will dust out your iPhone ports for free at an Apple Store any time!) 10/10 would purchase this case if you’re looking for durability and protection! (Bonus points for the great price!)

Die Hülle ist besonders geeignet für Leute, die viel Wert auf die Sicherheit ihres Smartphones legen und keine allzu klobige Hülle haben möchten. - Design - Die Hülle ist schlicht gehalten und die Optik eher funktional bedingt. Auf Höhe des Apple-Markenlogos gibt es eine runde Aussparung. Dies ist natürlich schick, führt aber dazu, dass sich gerne Staub rund um die Aussparung festsetzt, der, wenn man ihn nicht regelmäßig entfernt, auch langfristig auf dem Gerät sichtbar bleibt. Abhilfe kann man sich verschaffen, indem man ein breites Stück Klebestreifen über den Apfel klebt, um die Oberfläche des Geräts zu schonen, was natürlich optisch weniger schön aussieht. Abgesehen davon ist die Hülle aber wirklich pflegeleicht. Zusätzlich gibt es einen ausklappbaren Ständer, der sich eignet, um unterwegs Videos zu schauen. Benutzt man diesen häufig, leiert er irgendwann aus. - Haptik - Die Hülle liegt gut und sicher in der Hand und ist zudem nicht allzu anfällig für Fingerabdrücke. Nach langer Nutzung kann die Oberfläche je nachdem etwas „speckig“ erscheinen, was aber total im Rahmen ist. Die Tasten lassen sich alle gut und präzise drücken. - Sicherheit - Die Hülle hält was sie verspricht. Sie macht einen wirklich sicheren Eindruck, ohne dabei klobig zu sein. Das Smartphone ist mir bereits aus über zwei Metern Höhe auf Fliesen gefallen, ohne die kleinste Beschädigung davonzutragen. Dazu haben mit Sicherheit auch die Kantenüberstände beigetragen, wodurch bei einem Sturz eine Lücke zwischen Display und Boden bestehen bleibt. Dieser Überstand ist auch mit einem zusätzlichen Schutzglas ausreichend hoch. - Fazit - Die 20-30€, die man für die Hüllen dieser Produktreihe ausgibt, sind gut investiertes Geld. Das Smartphone wird zuverlässig bei Stürzen geschützt und man hat zusätzlich eine Hülle, die angenehm und sicher in der Hand liegt. Perfektionieren könnte man diese Produktreihe durch Verschlüsse der Stummtaste und des Ladeanschlusses, um das Eindringen von Staub zu verhindern.
