Review: Well Balanced Vitamin - First of all, I bought this product at retail price (no discount). Shipping was lightning fast and the package is as professional as it can get. But that’s not what I’m here to right about. I bought this product for my wife to try out. She went through extremely difficult pregnancy not too long ago, so the right vitamin with iron to supplement her diet is extremely important to her. But before she’s going to use this supplement, I know this is going to sound weird, I decided to be a genie pig. I’ve been taking this vitamin for several weeks and paid very close attention to my body reaction. Because I’m a man taking women “Perfect Moms Prenatal Multivitamins” – I know what you're thinking - I’ve try my best to make it a fair trial. Before taking the vitamin, I stopped all workout activities for a month and stay inactive as much as I possibly could to slow my system down. Then, I took the vitamin daily sometimes with water sometimes just chewing on it (again because I’m taking women vitamin, I disregarded the instruction 1 pill daily and take 1.5 pill each day instead). Here is my results, this vitamin is well balance which lead to no disturbance in my stomach during the trial period, no headache or nauseous feeling, no temper or physical change (thanks God), no burping/gurgling in my throat when chewing on this vitamin ( I just want to make sure the taste is bearable), no urinal side effect. However, I do experienced one difficulty and that is using restroom #2 because of the iron I’ve consumed (sorry this is the nicest I can put it), but that’s maybe because I took 1.5 pill instead of 1 per day as the instruction said. But if you do as the instruction said and still experiencing the same problem as I did, I recommend drinking a small glass of MultiHealth Fiber once a week will solve your problem. I wish this "Prenatal Vitamin" would make me look more handsome but it is what is and I’m proud to say I’ve tried it. I recommended this to my wife, and I would recommend this to you as well.
