It is an excellent machine and it was pretty easy to put together ( I did it alone other than moving it to the right spot initially and I am an over 50 woman!)The directions were very easy to follow, the easiest ever and all the parts were numbered or lettered and the tools were included. Each part has an L or R and it just went together completely as expected. It took me about 2 1/2 hours leisurely working at it. Nothing was missing or unexpected. I honestly don't know what all the fuss is about in the past reviews because the man who delivered it brought it inside, actually offered and put it where I wanted. Nothing was broken or cracked and I didn't have to call customer service. PHEW!! I did my first 3 miles and worked up a sweat!OH And the fan is great! It has 3 settings, one review said their ipad blocked it which makes no sense, the fan is at the bottom of the console, nothing blocks it. It also has two deep pockets for water bottles or cell phone, remote, etc. Everything is very sturdy and I expect it will last a long time. I hope this helps anyone thinking about buying one while the price is lower! ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ great treadmill - gym quality at bargain basement price *by J***E on Reviewed in the United States on August 15, 2016* Great treadmill, 2 ply belt with a wide walking/jogging areawe are a family of broken down runners, bad knees, feet, etc - this treadmill allows us to get a great workout pain free; it has 15 incline settings and it's quiet enough not to be disruptive. it does have a plug in for ipods and speakers tooit comes with a heart rate belt and has the hand heart rate readers, our heart rates get to running level just walking the inclines at 4 mph for examplewe got the free assembly and it took them 1/2 hour to set it up - no problemsthe display is great, i wasn't so sure when ordering it - but we really like it- shows everything you need and easy to usegym quality at bargain basement pricecalled the help desk in the manual to turn off the beeping when changing levels, they were super helpful- hold down the ok and right arrow for 3 seconds, then toggle until you find the sound on/off setting ### ⭐ This was bought for my wife and she will not be a happy camper till its fixed *by J***Y on Reviewed in the United States on January 5, 2017* I ordered this from Amazon on DEC 22 and it came today. I had professional installation and they did that quite well, took less than 1 1 /2 hours. Upon completion, machine DID NOT WORK. Just got off the phone with Nautilus and it will take at least a 1/2 week to get the replacement part and have a technician install it. If that part is not the one needed, will take additional time, 2-10 more days. The shipping box was not beat up or damaged too much to cause any internal damage. Regular dents and little scratches or marks was all. It did come on a pallet and was quite large as expected. This was bought for my wife and she will not be a happy camper till its fixed. Today date 1/5/2017Update 2/1/2017 Install guys came and installed new motor control board today. Same guys that assembled treadmill. Were quick about replacing part, but still did not work Decided to return treadmill for a refund. Can't stand waiting a month to get repair parts and have them installed. Do not want to take chance that same will have later on, best get money back now.Update 2/16/2017 I was going to write something the other day but got busy. Since the treadmill did not work upon installation & assembly and replacement of first repair part, I decided to return it. Another set of parts came afterwards, but little too late. I also have received more calls since I return it then I did while waiting on them to fix it. Bad customer service people. I was thinking about getting the same model again, but decided on another company. My wife and I went to Sears to see if they still had the same one and try it out. They did but decided it was too difficult to use. Guess it was a good thing it did not work. We tried a NordicTrack C 850s Treadmill and my wife loved it. We bought it online at the store for $100 less than posted price of $799. Since I picked it up and assembled it myself, we saved a lot of money. Total spent was $741.99. It took about 3 hours to put it together, not too hard either, but it STARTED first time after I plugged it in.
