For the price this thing just works. The curved blade is what makes it — you can muscle through the thick parts of a packer and then get precise around the bones without having to swap knives. The semi-stiff flex is exactly what you want on a brisket. Fully flexible is great for fish and chicken, but here you need something that can ride along the fat cap without flopping around on you. This hits that sweet spot. The Fibrox handle keeps your wrist from hating you after you’ve been at it for a while — and when your hands are covered in fat, the grip still holds. That’s not nothing. Edge maintenance is dead simple — a few swipes on a honing rod and you’re back in business. You’re not babying this thing, you’re using it. Bottom line: At the price, it’s a no-brainer. It’s not some fancy Japanese steel, but it’ll trim a brisket clean all day long. I’ll be buying a second one. Love the red handle, too - makes it easy to spot.

Perfect knife for working up meat. It is correctly sized once the sides are broken into quarters. This knives retains a terrific edge and touches up nicely with a steel. I keep several of these at hand. Grip is non slip and easy to wash after a busy day. You will not be disappointed.

Great knife

I mainly use this for trimming bbq meat like brisket, ribs, tenderloin, etc. and it works really well. The knife is solidly build, feels good in my hand, and is pretty sharp out of the box. Though, with a few passes on the stone, it's even better.

Title says it all. Great knife great price. Flexible but not too flexible. I like the shape, it arrives sharp and the shape makes it easier to sharpen than a lot of boning knives.

Great boning knife! I wanted the red handle just to be different from my other knives. It is SHARP! It will keep a nice edge, but you need to take care of it too. I hand wash it only. No dishwasher. This is my go to knife when trimming raw meat. Highly recommend this boning knife. You can't beat it at the price point it is. ENJOY!!!
