Superb blender set
Pretty much a perfect blender that can handle anything you need, provided you know what you're doing. Much easier to clean than other units I've dealt with in the past. The rubber feet stay very securely on the counter. All the buttons are clear to see and easy to understand. Good pitcher & cup sizes. Priced well. The motor is a little loud, but not obnoxiously so/to the point of concern.

A Candid Review of the 1200 Watt Nutribullet Blender
I researched numerous reviews on blenders; some quite expensive and others uber cheap. After a near exhaustive search I settled in on the nutribullet, which seemed to have the best blend of features, quality (as rated by reviewers), and price. If you go through the product reviews on Amazon you will see people love the product, but there is consistent criticism about two things:1. There is a tendency of liquid to leak from the smoothie cups while blending2. After a period of use, the extractor (which attaches to the blender base and has the blades) can begin to ooze some of the lubricantsI spoke to a few people who own the less expensive nutribullet product (those with the 600 and 900 watt units). They have confirmed the first of these two complaints (tendency of liquid to leak from the smoothie cups while blending) and also indicated that the 600 watt units are not really powerful enough. That said, let me give you the much better news regarding the 1200 watt unit that comes with 64 Oz pitcher and two 24 Oz smoothie cups.I have not experienced the issue of liquid leaking while blending. Unlike the 600 and 900 watt units, all the seals on the various containers that come with the 1200 watt unit are tight. The product in my experience seems to be well made and well designed.I guess because the motor (on the 1200 watt unit) is powerful, it easily whips up smoothies with ice in a matter of seconds. Also, today I made kale soup in the 64 Oz pitcher which it easily turned into a silky smooth puree.Older blenders I have used in the past would blend everything in the bottom of the pitcher, but not any content towards the top. That was frustrating, as it would be necessary to intermittently stop, push undermixed food content down towards the blades and resume. Thankfully, this is not the case here with the nutribullet. It easily blends everything with the large pitcher (and of course with the smoothie cups).Another plus is that it is extremely easy to clean.I want to cycle back to second identified complaint that people have remarked about the extractor component. People have reported that this can be an issue after roughly a year's usage. I have not had the nutribullet long enough to encounter this problem (I purchased the nutribullet earlier this summer). What I can say is that the company - nutribullet, sells the extractor component separately to the tune of around $20. So, if this component wears out it is easily replaced without much expense.A have a few more thoughts I want to add:1. Experience will vary on how people use the product. The accompanying documentation says when making smoothies never fill the cup above the Max line and don't exceed 25% of the volume with ice. When blending hot liquids like soup, only use the large pitcher with the small opening at the top. Respecting things like that will likely make for a better user experience in the long run.2. There is a very small price difference between the nutribullet Full-Size Blender Combo 1200W and the 900W Pro (was something like $16 when I purchased the 1200W unit). Actually I was lucky as Amazon had it on sale for $99. [Don't shortchange yourself with the less powerful 600 and 900 watt units - get the better product; I think it is well worth buying. ]

Wow this blender is FAST!
Super powerful motor on this blender, making it work far better than any I've owned. The little suction cups on the bottom are there for a reason, this thing wants to spin in a circle on the counter when it goes from zero to max rotation in short order. It's not too loud, considering how fast it cranks. I purchased the combo, which includes a 24 oz. and 32 oz. (with handle) 'cup' along with the blender pitcher. I find that I use those two smaller ones much more frequently than the pitcher. They each come with a lid, which is great for smoothies from the blender to the fridge and then I grab them and go in the morning. Very handy. This thing is easy to clean too, especially the "easy-twist" extractor blade cap used on the cups.If you don't like (for some reason) plastic blender pitchers, this may not be for you. The pitcher and cups are plastic, not glass. I've had no problems with the plastic so far but haven't had it very long. I had my previous glass pitcher blender for years and never had an issue with the glass. We'll see how long this plastic lasts. I suspect not as long. :)This model has an 'extract' button, which uses a pre-programmed sequence of starts and stops, slow and fast speeds, for about 60 seconds and it's the only function I need. It breaks down ice, frozen whole strawberries, frozen blueberries, and fresh fruits and vegetables (like hard carrots) like they weren't even there. No issues at all and the result is a very fine, smooth consistency. I really like everything about it!

Easy on the hands
I have arthritis in my hands and struggled with opening the lid on most personal blenders. Finally, this blender is perfect! Great quality, easy to use and open after blending. Not too loud.

Powerful
The media could not be loaded. This Nutrabullet Blender is powerful and pretty! Nice addition to my kitchen for a great price. Extremely happy about the blender cups that came with it as well. Blended my hemp heart seeds and caocao nibs so well.

Excellent blender for smoothies.
I am using it primarily for smoothies and this blender is spot on. It packs a lot of power. No problems, even if I use frozen fruit and frozen veg's. The two cups are both great. I made smoothies with each. I like the handle on the 24oz cup. I am also pleased they both have lids (I already avoided one near spill). It also means I can keep them in the refrigerator. The size and weight are a concern, it's not easy to store this monster in a crowded one bedroom apt. The base is also heavy but it is manageable. Another concern is the suction cups. I returned one of its competitors (known as an 'assassin') because the suction cups were too difficult to pull up. However, this blender requires a good pull but nothing more. Frankly, I don't know why suction cups are even added, I think they are ridiculous. Other than resting a hand on the lid, I have never had to chase a blender around. As far as the motor goes, let's wait and see. It did start to smell once or twice but given how quickly it makes smoothies I'm not sure this will be a problem. Otherwise, the pitcher is giant, 64oz. IMHO, it's too big, especially given that no hot liquids can be added (for soups, etc.). Not to mention that If I made 64 oz's of margaritas, I would never get rid of my friends. If it was 40-48 ounces (and glass) this would be the perfect set. Otherwise, it's a keeper.
