This certainly makes char sui nice and shiny. Frankly, it’s so sticky it’s a little difficult to use. After I use up this container I may just use honey.

I don't use this kind of product often, but a marinade for Chinese Char Siu called for it. This seemed to have done the job just fine. Since it was in a marinade with many other ingredients it is impossible to give a precise product specific review. The container is relatively small, but for my marinade, I only needed about 1/4 of the container so that seems fine. The container seals up real well after use.
