Maltose - 14.1oz [Pack of 1]

I like to cook dishes like char Siri and sticky chicken, but I noticed there was an ingredient I was always missing. On YouTube they always talk about this ingredient. I was happy to find the exact same thing on Amazon that is pictured in the videos. I’m sure my dishes will now step up a level.

Any Chinese dish that calls for honey is an Americanization of that dish. What you need to use is Maltose, which is the traditional syrup to use for that authentic Chinese taste. Char Siu or Spareribs, or any Asian bbq dish is not the same without this. I'm so glad I was able to find it here, so I no longer have to drive 2 hours to an Asian market to get it.

I was vey displeased with the product. It arrived with it's plastic container cracked and the maltose, which is the consistency similar to honey was leaking from the containerI attempted to have the probelm corrected, but was advised that the product was not available for either return, replacement or refund
