Too soon to see any benefits but I do like the product. It mixes easily in water and has a mild taste. I am starting with a smaller dose to begin with and then I will build up to a full dose. I got this based on its ingredients. I have not been disappointed! I used this for doing a vitaminC flush. I took 1/2 tsp with water every hour for like four times (so total of 2 whole teaspoons spread out). It was wonderful for my gut. I do this every so often to flush out bad stuff. This is a fabulous product!
