GREAT PRODUCT! Would recommend certain things though now that I own one
I did a lot of research on this product before bucking up the courage to buy it. I definitely say buy it from Amazon because you can return the item if it doesn't fit whereas the actual Ann Chery site does not let you return any items because they're considered undergarments. I'm 5'4" and roughly 135 lbs with a 24" waist. I'm kind of in the middle between a medium and a small, according to the size chart. I bought the medium(34) and although it fits tight around my lower torso, the first two hooks keep coming undone if I bend over or reach for something because it's too loose. A lot of reviews I've read on here said to go a size up if you were in between two sizes, but honestly I say if you don't have big hips, you could probably go with the smaller size. I probably could've gone with a small, but then it would've been REALLY tight around my lower torso because I have larger hips. What I'm thinking is that I'll wear the medium until it becomes comfortable on the second hook and then sell it used on ebay and buy a small from here. I want to get down to a size 20" waist by the end of this year! The product is great quality! I've only been wearing it a few days and I already feel a change not only in my stomach, but also in my posture. I would recommend this product to anyone who asked! I know it's a bit on the pricey side (at least it is for my teaching salary), but it's worth every penny. Wear it at least an hour a day or more if you can, it causes some back fat to roll over even if you don't have much up there. I also recommend wearing a tank or cami underneath of it because it can get very sticky and itchy if you start to sweat. Great to wear under sweaters during the winter so by the time summer comes around your waist will be cinched to perfection!

Shorter but made great!
This waist trainer is great! It shipped quickly and packaged well. I was so excited to get it and put it on. This is my 2nd waist trainer I have purchased. My first I bought online at waistshaperz.com it was $100 bucks on sale and even though I liked it I quickly sized down and thought to myself wow this is gonna be more expensive than I thought ... I looked on my trusty amazon and found this Colombian made beaut! I was an XL in my first latex trainer so I first ordered a large. It was soooo hard to get on! This fits smaller than others and it's my fault I didn't order off measurements. I ordered the XL And though it was a struggle to get on it's on and fits awesome! This trainer is made well and sturdy. I also noticed it's a little shorter than my previous one. It still works well for my body but definitely not as long , so if u have a lower pooch your gonna pull it down and then have your back fat not compressed. So keep this in mind. The vest might be a better option if you have both. I will be buying the vest and am keeping the large for when I size down. I'm very happy with my purchase and more so the price! I can get three for the price of my other one and like that this nips my waist in even more than previous trainer. Love this item! Will be buying more for sure

Great for working out, but maybe not for your lifestyle
After seeing the waist training craze started by none other than Kim K (let's be honest, who doesn't want that kind of waist!?), I have tried out the original brand worn by Kim K (Primadonna), and this waist trainer. I will be purchasing other brands as well in the future to compare and see which one fits in to my workout routine and lifestyle the best. I'm hoping this review will help you in your decision for future purchases. The Primadonna is more than twice as expensive as this Ann Chery waist trainer. It has more give and overall stretch than the Ann Chery, and really contours to your individual frame. I wouldn't describe it as 'redefining', but more maximizing what you already have; it doesn't give you a new shape per se, but is definitely more corset-like. I loved the Primadonna for the multiple rows of hook and eye closures, the flexibility of it (the boning is steel, so it moves every whichway you are moving), and the fact that it NEVER ROLLS. I starting wearing it before I worked out, and had a lot of jiggly in my back and lower stomach, and this waist trainer never rolled up or down; it stayed put. This might have also been due to the fact that I bought a more longline one that covered the hip and under the bust. The hooks and eyes are well placed, reaching all the way to the top and all the way to the bottom. One of the things I love about it is that it supports (really gives you a boob lift), but still helps your body learn. You learn to use your abs and back muscles while wearing this, which in the end leads to better posture and overall carriage. This waist trainer is very different than the Primadonna. This Ann Chery waist trainer is very secure and stable, and not as flexible as the Primadonna. I found that I could workout much better in this. I could almost immediately start wearing it while running, doing ab work, and strength training. It is a great support for your back and really challenges you to have better posture. While the Primadonna is more about creating the best shape you can be, I find the Ann Chery waist trainer to be more about toning and controlling than reshaping. It does not come directly under my bust as in the picture, so I don't get the lift that my Primadonna got me. When I first put it on, all I saw was back fat and hip fat seeping out. After a few days, it has conformed to me better, but I definitely have a little more pain with this one in the shoulder blade area than I did with my Primadonna. One of the main things that I wish this trainer had is an additional hook at the very top and the very bottom. It looks secure in the picture, but I don't feel as secure having an inch open at the top and the bottom. Those are usually the areas that need the most support, not the most movement! It also rolls in and under on me if I wear it throughout the day, which, by the evening, cause me a little bit of pain in my high hip (where it sits), and my shoulder blades. But the security that this product provides is amazing. I would definitely buy another one! Overall, I think that the Primadonna is great for every day wear. If you want something that really cinches you in and maximizes what your mama gave you, save up some money and buy the Primadonna so that you can have that tiny waist you've always wanted. If you want a great workout trainer that supports and doesn't hold you back, definitely buy this one. If I had to choose just one, I would still choose the Primadonna for the comfort, length, and extra hook and eye closures. I love this Ann Chery waist trainer, but I haven't found it to fit a lifestyle, just the gym.

Brilliant waist trainer for the petite person. I am 5ft and a size 8. I purchased the medium after much deliberation and this fit well. I was surprised as many people said go for the smaller size. I would recommend going up a size from the advice on Ann Chery. You could always get used to wearing them and gradually move to the smaller one. I have tried the smaller ones and I can barely breathe. It works. The trainer helps with reducing the desire to eat. I completely went off food! However, it's comfortable enough to keep on all day...but sometimes it can get very uncomfortable (around menstruation).

Compre esta faja esperando que me quedara como una que tengo que compre hace un año, pero esta llega mas corta y la talla pequeña, queda muy justa, aun así esta bien, pero esperaba que me cubriera un poco mas la cadera y no me quedara como cinturilla ...

Amazing waist trainer, fit as expected, bought one 4 years ago. Ever since, I've been buying my waist trainer from Ann Chery. It's really the best waist trainer on the market, it sucks everything in and doesn't let anything out. At first, it's true that it's hard to breathe, but you get used to it. I also been using it at the gym and it gave me amazing results!
